Vicor Customer Support

Throughout Europe Vicor has Technical Support Centres that are available to help with your design. Each office has at least one Applications Engineer, who can answer your questions either on the telephone, via email or, if necessary, a visit to your premises.

Additionally, we have a FAQ page on the site, where the most commonly asked questions are answered by our experts. And if you don’t find an answer there, you can Ask an Expert by email or request a Call Back. You can also access our Technical Tips section, which gives useful advice about designing power supplies.

As well as applications assistance, each office has a Vicor Express representative, who is able to help you with express ordering of prototype quantities for your design, enabling you to get your products as fast as possible. They can also give guidance on which products would be most suitable for your designs.

Finally, you can sign up for Insight, our quarterly newsletter, which as well as providing new product information also contains the latest Tech Tip, written by one of our Engineers.
